Material decoration
Most of our bag styles are available in a variety of fabrics and color combinations. Budget, application, appearance, and customer preference are a consideration in selecting the appropriate fabric. Our bags are made to order to our clients’ specifications. This allows the flexibility of choosing not only the fabric, but the trim color combinations as well.
Canvas
We use heavyweight, 10 and 18-ounce natural and dyed canvas. This weight is rugged and very popular for most bag styles. Stock colors include: natural, tan, black, navy, hunter, olive and khaki. Other color combinations may also be available. Note: dye lots may vary on canvas products. Colorfastness of dye cannot be guaranteed if product is exposed to excessive moisture. Natural canvas is available in heavier weights such as 21 and 24-ounce with an additional cost. 70 Denier Vinyl-Backed Nylon
A lightweight but durable fabric. Vivid colors with the slight sheen of the nylon gives the fabric an attractive and expensive look at an economical price. The smooth texture accentuates the graphic decoration. The vinyl backing provides water-resistant qualities. Colors available: yellow, orange, pink, red, burgundy, blue, royal, navy, Kelly green, teal, hunter, brown, khaki, taupe, white, light and dark gray, purple, black and many other colors. Neons are also available at an additional cost.
600 Denier Vinyl-Backed Polyester
This very practical fabric has the body and look of much heavier materials for less cost. The colors are rich in appearance and resist fading. The vinyl backing provides water-resistant qualities. Colors available: royal, navy, red, purple, burgundy, silver, gray, hunter, Kelly green, yellow, black, teal, safety orange, brown, khaki, white, hunter and many other colors. Camouflage is also available at an additional cost.
400 Denier Packcloth Nylon
This fabric is extremely durable and has a nice sheen. It is great for bags that fold up compactly. There are a wide variety of standard and specialty colors available, including: royal, navy, red, purple, burgundy, silver, gray, hunter, Kelly green, yellow, black, teal, pink, slate, orange, brown, khaki, white, and many others.
1000 Denier Nylon
This tough, durable nylon fabric has an inner coating of urethane for water repellency and an outer finish for stain resistance. Colors available: red, royal, navy, purple, burgundy, silver, charcoal, hunter, blue, black and many other colors. Camouflage is also available at an additional cost.
1200 Denier Polyester – Tweed
This heavy-duty fabric has an elegant and rich look. The two-tone pattern gives the appearance of classic tweed with a modern appeal. The backing provides protection from the elements. Colors available: gray/black, bronze/black, emerald/black, royal/black and maple/black.
Pebblegrain
Pebblegrain is a sueded vinyl fabric that is durable and well-suited for golf, sporting, luggage and corporate items. It has the elegant look and feel of sueded and is greatly complemented by top grain leather trim. Colors available: khaki, black, hunter and navy.
Tapestry
Palm tapestry is heavyweight upholstery-grade tapestry. It is luxurious with a fashionable palm frond design.
Custom Woven Tapestry?This is an extremely unique way to display a client’s logo. The logo is loom-woven directly into the 100% heavy-weight cotton jacquard tapestry. The fabric is then used to create one-of-a-kind bags with high perceived value.
Camouflage
Various camouflage patterns are available in different fabrics including 600 denier vinyl-backed polyester and 1000 denier nylon. Standard camouflage patterns include: woodlands camo, universal digital camo, and desert camo. Other camouflage patterns may be available.
Eco-Friendly Fabrics
There are many eco-friendly and SKAL certified eco fabrics available. We feature the Eco2 cottons, which are made from off-falls of apparel manufacturing. Additionally we offer bags made with other earth-friendly materials including SKAL certified 10-ounce canvas, SKAL certified colored 9-ounce cottons, recycled post-consumer bottle products, natural cotton canvas. Other Fabrics
There are many other fabrics available for bags in addition to the above-mentioned, and include: tartan plaid, houndstooth, striped, quilted, tapestry, ballistic, microfiber, polycotton, animal prints, nylon, denim, prints, upholstery grade vinyls, textured, mesh, wax wear and others.
Webbing
Unless specified by the customer, we use quality polypropylene webbing. It is very durable and available in a variety of standard colors. Dyed cotton webbing in various weights is also available at an additional cost.
Leather
We use carefully selected genuine top grain leather hides on our bags. Quality leather has naturally occurring variations in color and surface. When embossing, shades will vary due to the individual characteristics of each hide. Available colors: British tan, black and brown.
